Mahmut Can Çalık

Born in 1991 and completed his university education in the USA, Mahmut Can Çalık started his professional career at Çalık Pamuk in 2011 and served as a member of the Board of Directors of ALBtelecom between 2013 and 2022. Since 2019, he has been a member of the Board of Directors of Çalık Denim and is also the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Çalık Petrol, Çalık Pamuk and Çalık Tarım companies. As of 2023, Mahmut Can Çalık is a Member of the Board of Directors of Çalık Holding, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Gap Pazarlama, Member of the Board of Directors of Lidya Madencilik, Member of the Board of Directors of Kayserigaz and Member of the Board of Directors of Bursagaz, Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of Ahmet Çalık Foundation and a member of TUSIAD.
Onur Yüksel

Born in 1981 in Istanbul, Onur Yüksel graduated from Marmara University School of Social Sciences, Department of Accounting in 2001 and then from Marmara University Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, Department of Business Administration in 2004. After graduating from Marmara University Institute of Social Sciences Accounting Auditing Master's Programme in 2008, he is currently pursuing his PhD in Accounting and Auditing at Bahçeşehir University Institute of Social Sciences. In 1995, Mr Yüksel started his professional career as an Accounting Assistant and in 2004 he joined Anateks Group as Assistant Financial Affairs Specialist. In 2007, Yüksel joined Çalık Group and worked as Internal Audit Specialist at Çalık Holding, followed by Internal Audit Supervisor in 2010, Gap Pazarlama Accounting Manager in 2011 and Financial Affairs Director in 2014. In 2019, Mr Yüksel was appointed as Acting General Manager of Gap Pazarlama and he has been serving as General Manager since 2021. Yüksel, who actively participated in the acquisition and due diligence activities of ALBtelecom, ATV-Sabah Group, E-Kent, YEDAŞ, holds CPA, CRMA, CMB Advanced Level, Credit Rating, Corporate Governance Rating and KGK Independent Audit licences. He is also a member of the Board of Directors of Çalık Pamuk, Çalık Tarım, Enrich Teknoloji, Çalık Holding Group companies.
Abdurrahim Yada
Commercial Director
Born in 1980 in Şanlıurfa, Abdurrahim Yada graduated from Ege University, Department of Textile in 2001 and then from Eskişehir Anadolu University, Faculty of Economics in 2007. In 2005, Mr. Yada joined Çalık Group and has been working in Çalık Group textile companies for nearly 20 years. He has been working as Çalık Cotton Trade Director and Çalık Tarım Licensed Warehousing Commercial Director. He is currently a member of the Board of Directors of the National Cotton Council (UPK) and the Good Cotton Practices Association (IPUD), representing Çalık Group companies.
Orçun Murat Bayazıt
Financial Affairs Director
Born in 1975 in Istanbul, Orçun Murat Bayazıt graduated from Istanbul University Faculty of Economics in 2000. Between 1999 and 2000, he worked as a VAT Auditor at Işık YMM. Joining Çalık Group in 2000, Mr. Bayazıt worked as Internal Audit Specialist, Internal Audit Chief and Internal Audit Manager at Çalık Holding Audit Group Presidency until 2015, as Audit Coordinator at Anateks between 2015-2018, and as Financial Affairs Director at Çalık Pamuk since 2018.
